1970s Incredible Velvet Chiffon Lillie Rubin DressLillie Rubin was founded way back in 1946 but really for me found their groove in the seventies. The specialized in evening wear and though some pieces can be stronger then others, when you find one that is amazing its really fabulous. Personally, I think this one is a knock out and really shows the line's strong points in terms of mixing fabric and cut. I cannot even begin to tell you just how wonderful the fabric is in person.
