The skirt is layered chiffon in blue and teal green giving it an iridescent effect. Bodice has shoulder pads (easily removable), skirt has a full sweep. There is one sequin missing at the waist, the rest of the beading appears to be strong and intact. There may be missing or loose beads or sequins that I have missed, this is
